  • That depends on what type of trip you are going on!

    For all-inclusive trips and single-destination trips, our payment comes from commissions from hotels, resorts, and tour operators. And that’s it – no extra cost to you!

    To cover the extra time and expertise required for in-depth planning—think custom trips through Europe or a multi-destination adventure—we charge a planning fee. We do this not only to compensate the extra time we spend on these trips, but also to ensure you that we are planning your dream trip rather than just stringing together the highest commissions.

  • We will provide you with all the contacts you will need for any issues that may arise during your trip – sometimes that is us and sometimes someone local can be more helpful in that immediate moment.  Having us in your corner will give you the confidence that your vacation will be smooth and memorable.

  • Yes, we require a small non-refundable deposit up front, which is fully applied to your trip cost once you’re ready to book. Since we work with a limited number of clients at a time, this deposit reserves your spot for our dedicated planning services and ensures you’ll have the same responsive, expert travel advisor guiding you every step of the way. If you choose not to move forward with booking, this deposit reflects the time and care we invest in curating personalized travel plans just for you. *No deposit is required for custom international trips as the planning fee will cover all up-front costs.   • Great question! For most trips, 6-10 months in advance is ideal, especially if you’re dreaming of a peak-season destination or a complex itinerary. Starting the planning process early allows for stress-free consideration of all your trip options, and it often results in the best pricing. For simpler trips, you can sometimes book a bit closer to the departure date. Just ask, and we’ll give you specific timing based on your destination.

  • Absolutely! You can still earn points and rewards just as you would if booking online. We help you maximize your loyalty benefits whenever possible. So you can rack up those miles or points without sacrificing the extra TLC we add to every step of your journey.

    And bonus, we reward our clients as often as possible.  Earn credit with us for future travels by being a repeat client, referring us to friends and family, and filling out occasional feedback forms we send through email!

  • No, unfortunately, our booking platforms do not allow us to apply rewards to travels with the exception of credits earned directly from us or from the supplier themselves.  However, we are willing to work with you – just let us know in the beginning if you’re hoping to book a certain portion of the travel yourself with rewards, and we will let you know if we are able to manage the other portion(s) of the trip!
